"I dislocated my shoulder after getting into a fight. Never being injured enough to be out of work, I was clueless and terrified of everything I had to do for FMLA. I was referred to a “podiatrist” and didn’t know a good orthopedic surgeon. I skipped a step and went to Achieve as referenced by my step father. While Steve wasn’t able to help me without a referral, he still gave me some tips on what I could do in the meantime, and even suggested a couple doctors I could go to. His patience and kindness put me at ease and when I finally got checked out by the doctor i made it a point to start my PT with him and his fantastic staff. "To avoid back surgery for Sciatica problems in my left leg, I got a referral from my primary doctor to go to Achieve Physical Therapy for a total of about 12 weeks from January to June, 2023. On the first day, I found the facilities were first class with many more private rooms available than other PT locations. Tara was assigned as my personal therapist for most of the period. I found Tara and the rest of the staff at Achieve to be professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly. Unfortunately, my sessions at Achieve were interrupted in March due to an unrelated accident. However, by the end of both 6 week sessions, Tara was able to remediate the sciatica source and pain going from my back down the entire left left. Thanks to her and the entire Achieve staff, I was able to avoid having to go through back surgery and get back to golf and tennis again."

"Since I've started PT with Achieve Physical Therapy, I have been slowly moving towards ridding myself from my walker. Although I use a can for short distances, I keep my wallet for the longer distances. Balance seems to be the hardest. Passion from my legs has diminished quite a bit, yet my pain level is at a 7/8 level. The staff, Steve, Jim, James, Eric, Arlette, Blake, and the front office staff are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. In my next phase of treatment, we should continue with positive results. "I can' t think of anything I want to do less than physical therapy. Physical therapy on a shoulder takes forever but honestly would not want to do it anywhere but here. Not just the staff but all the clients are great as well and focused on your healing. Also allt he therapists ahve different styles so you may meet wtih Steve who does a lot of microneedling and then one day you just can't make the appointment work wiht your normal therapist so you get to meet with Jim who does something different but also great. Honestly the medical care in Nevada is trash for the most part and this is a shining beacon of light in the darkness. Also, shout out to the front desk staff for being the nicest and most organized one in the county."
