We are in network with most plans, and we would rather tell you the number before your first visit than surprise you after it. Use the free benefits check above and we will call you with what your plan actually covers.

No referral, no problem

Nevada has direct access, so we can see you without a physician's prescription. If your plan requires one for reimbursement, we will tell you that when we verify your benefits.

Plans we work with

Aetna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, TRICARE, TriWest, Culinary Health Fund, workers compensation and auto accident claims, among others. If you do not see your plan, call us. We make every effort to verify your benefits before your first visit.

Auto accident and work injury claims

We handle both. If you were hurt in a car accident or on the job, bring your claim number and adjuster details and we will work directly with them. See motor vehicle accident care and work injuries.

Ask us for the self-pay rate when you call. You will get a straight number, not a range.
